Returns

If a tiny-rock product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days within the EU. Please proceed as follows:

Contact our customer service so that we can request collection of the product. Please leave your cell phone number so that we can contact you for notification.
Please pack the product with all accessories carefully and, if possible, in the original packaging. Make sure to protect the frame accordingly, as otherwise the transport could cause unsightly damage to the bike's paintwork. Attach the return label to the package so that it is clearly visible.
The shipping company will collect the parcel directly from you and return it to us. Please make sure that you specify a daily manned contact point as the collection point.
Once we have received your parcel, we will check the returned product and refund the amount via your chosen payment method.
